Technical & Development Product Supervisor

Location: Head Office - Jakarta

Responsibilities: Provide technical support to key customers and ensure product approvals on key projects related to the sampling, testing of samples and analysis of tests results in accordance with the quality system procedures

Gather information from Road construction project related parties (contractors, project owners, technical institutions) on market trends and to identify opportunities to propose new products & solutions

To conduct feasibility study on technical, operational, and commercial aspects in the establishment of a product development plan

To coordinate the product implementation trial with selected contractor

To get approval, accreditation, and specifications for the new products from authorities

To provide a technical training to employees for each new product that is about to be launched on the market

Support Marketing Division in the creation of technical data sheets, commercial brochures, application guides for each new product.

Responsible for preparing and updating the documentation of technological processes

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Materials / Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position or related industry

Experts in quality control of bituminous products

High level of technical knowledge in the field of construction techniques and tests, international experience is an advantage

Specific interest and commitment to road construction techniques, asphalt, asphalt mixture, cement concrete and earthworks

Knowledge of the related legislative

Fluent in English and Computer literacy

Good communication & presentation skills
